Over the last years I’ve made panoramas on a regular basis when I was travelling. I used the automatic stichting in Adobe Photoshop. Which is quite good, but you don’t end up with a rectangular image… you get an odd shape.
With the newly released Photoshop CS5, I did some more work on them, using the ‘content aware fill’. And that’s quite good… Not always from the first time, but a few selective iterations with the lasso tool and eventually – usually after just a few minutes – you will end up with something that is really good.
So I’ve redone all my the panoramas I’ve made these last years.
