It is an unique opportunity: visiting a Zoo after hours. At the occasion of Antwerp European Capital of Youth 2011 the Zoo of Antwerp was exceptionally open after dark. And this way we could get some insight in what is happening at the zoo after it’s closed. And e.g. we could see that one of the guards was distributing teddy bears (picture 2), yes, even the animals at the zoo prefer to sleap with a teddy bear… 😉
