As you know, I travel from time to time. Since three years I always have a reasonably good, to very good camera with me, on every trip. And so I started making pictures with the view from my hotel room, or pictures from objects in the room. The view is not always that spectaculair, but if you take a minute to look around, you can find beauty all around. You just need to be open to it… 🙂
The photos are a mix of business trips (usually to the US, e.g. New York, Washington, Chicago) and vacation (usually the Alps). The view is slightly different between both types of travel. But in both cases the pictures are the view from my room. With two small exceptions: one was taken from the dining room and for another one just outside the mountain hut, to get a really clear view.
This series is a ‘work in progress’, I’ll publish updates on a regular basis.
