Mysterious rectangles, October 2020

There is something weird happening in my neighbourhood… In multiple spots mysterious rectangles have appeared… In multiple spots dirty walls have partially been cleaned, most of the time in the form of a rectangle.

Who – or what – is behind this? Is it an art project? Is someone testing a new cleaning agent? Or is it even more weird???
