On our way back from Paris, we had to change trains in Brussels-Midi. While waiting, I noticed a shoe on the tracks. A white shoe. Why was it there? Did somebody throw a shoe of one of his friends on the tracks, as a joke? Did somebody try to cross the tracks and lost one of his shoes? It’s that kind of scene that raises a lot of questions when you see it…
Our train from Paris to Brussels had 30 minutes delay. The reason: close to Gare du Nord somebody was walking on the tracks…
