Bluebells, April 2016

Spring has arrived and all kinds of flowers are showing their best. E.g. bluebells. There is one place in Belgium which is really famous for its bluebells: Hallerbos. But you can also find them in other places. Earlier this week I found a few in the park around my corner, hidden under some trees.

The pictures are made with a special lens: the Minolta MC Rokkor 58mm f1.2. Which gives a very special rendering when used wide open. It almost looks like a painting…


PS: a few years ago I made some pictures of the bluebells in the Hallerbos, there are much more bluebells overthere…
