Usually I’m somewhere in the Alps this time of the year, for a hiking trip on snow shoes. But due to lack of snow (and trips), this year I’m going to spend my vacation at home. This WE it snowed in the Ardennes, so yesterday I went to the ‘Haute Fagnes’ for a hiking trip. About 20 cm of fresh snow, a mild freeze, peace and quiet. Who needs more?
