This WE the international street theater festival ‘City of Wings Ypres’ takes place. An ideal opportunity to take a camera and shoot. When I left home in Antwerp yesterday afternoon, the sun was shining. By the time I was in Ypres (about 1,5 hour drive) it was raining. Which meant that the organisation switched to the ‘bad weather’ program. And a large number of interesting performances were cancelled… Eventually I went home earlier than anticipated, with a lot less of GBs of pictures than planned.
But even with the bad weather program, there was a lot of interesting stuff. Strong men, weird birds, weird men (lots of weird man btw), weird devices, …
